2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all online sales offered by Koremen on the website koremen.com (the "Site").
The Site is an e-commerce platform allowing users (the "Buyers") to purchase various products, including footwear and accessories, offered for sale on the Site (the "Products").
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions of the online sale and delivery of the Products, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
They are accessible and printable at any time via a link available on the Site.
The applicable version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale is the one available online on the date the Buyer places their order.
3. Legal capacity and acceptance of the terms
The provisions relating to legal capacity and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale set out herein apply to any order placed on the Site.
Confirming an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Buyer.
4. Placing and confirming an order
The Buyer selects the desired Product(s) and adds them to their cart.
Before finalizing their order, the Buyer may review their cart and correct any errors.
The Buyer must provide all information necessary for billing and delivery of their order and warrants the accuracy of the information provided.
Once the order is placed, a confirmation is sent to the Buyer by email.
5. Product characteristics
Before placing an order, and in accordance with applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer may review the essential characteristics of each Product on the Site.
Products are offered subject to availability.
Photographs and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, certain differences, particularly in color, may occur depending on the display screen or the conditions under which photographs were taken.
6. Price and payment terms
Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Any applicable delivery charges are disclosed to the Buyer before their order is finalized.
The applicable price is the one displayed on the Site at the time of the order.
Payment is due at the time of ordering and may be made using the payment methods offered on the Site.
Koremen reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, fraud, or attempted fraud.
Products remain the property of Koremen until full payment of their price has been received.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer when placing their order.
Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated timeframes are disclosed to the Buyer before their order is finalized.
In the event of a delivery delay, the Buyer is entitled to the rights provided under applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code.
8. Right of withdrawal and refund
In accordance with applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Buyer has 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
Where several Products from the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a clear request to:

After notifying their decision to withdraw, the Buyer has 30 days to return the Products in accordance with the return instructions provided by customer service.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the Products is borne by the Buyer.
Returned Products must be in a condition suitable for resale. The Buyer may be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the Product.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Koremen will refund the amounts due within a maximum of 30 days from the date it is informed of the withdrawal decision.
Koremen may delay the refund until the Products have been received, or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made, unless otherwise agreed, using the same payment method used for the order.
9. Legal warranties
The Buyer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity as well as the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable French law.
In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming Product, the Buyer may contact:
providing their order number, a description of the issue, and, where helpful, photographs.
Consumer rights under legal warranties are not affected by any commercial warranty that may be offered on the Site.
10. Buyer's obligations
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing their order.
It is also the Buyer's responsibility to verify that the Products meet their needs before purchasing.
11. Liability
Koremen shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights the consumer is entitled to under applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including text, photographs, illustrations, graphic elements, databases, and other protected materials, is subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, extraction, or use of protected content is prohibited.
13. Personal data
Koremen undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French data protection law.

14. Amendments to these Terms
Koremen may amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to an order are those in effect on the date the order is placed.
15. Language
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are written in French.
In the event of translation, the French version shall prevail in case of any difficulty of interpretation.
16. Opt-out of telephone solicitation
Where legal conditions are met, consumers may register free of charge on the Bloctel telephone solicitation opt-out list.
17. Consumer mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to consumer dispute mediation, the consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute with Koremen.

18. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Where the Buyer is a consumer residing in another EU Member State, they retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
