At Koremen, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order placed on koremen.com
Return period You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To request a return, please contact our customer service at: koremenparis@gmail.com Please include your order number along with the item(s) you wish to return.
Return conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. We recommend that you:
- do not wear the shoes outdoors until you have confirmed they are the right fit;
- keep the original packaging and any accessories provided;
- avoid damaging, soiling, or deliberately altering the item.
You may be held liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
How to make a return Before returning any item, please contact us at: koremenparis@gmail.com Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your return. Items returned without following the instructions provided by our customer service team may result in additional processing delays.
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in cases of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, if an item received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, return shipping costs are covered by Koremen in accordance with applicable law.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at: koremenparis@gmail.com Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if necessary, photographs showing the defect or error. Our customer service team will review your request and let you know how to proceed.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of the outcome of your return. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed. For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued within the timeframes required by applicable law. Koremen may delay the refund until the returned item(s) have been received, or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Once Koremen has processed the refund, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges For requests involving a change of size, model, or color, please contact our customer service at: koremenparis@gmail.com We will let you know what options are available based on current stock.
Cancelling an order If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: koremenparis@gmail.com If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it generally cannot be intercepted. In that case, you may request a return once you receive the item, in accordance with this policy.
